Former Wildcat Sean Woods is getting more attention for comments he made about UK players than he is for his return to Rupp.

The former Unforgettable will bring his Morehead State team to Lexington on Wednesday. But during a teleconference on Monday, he made some comments that are creating quite a stir.

Woods said he had the chance to be around some of Kentucky's players. He said he didn't like the vibe he got from them.

"They didn't seem like Kentucky basketball players to me and I'll leave it at that," said Woods. "I'm a Kentucky basketball player through and through and there's just a certain aura about you. When I was coming up, we were humble. It's just a certain way and a certain look Kentucky basketball players should have and not have such a sense of entitlement."

He was talking about young players in general today being a different breed of players. They don't have a knowledge of history. Woods said when you're dealing with Kentucky, that knowledge of history should be even greater. He says these players don't have it.

"They don't know Kentucky nothing. Even though they're coming in one and done, what Cal's created, it's the only university that that happens on a consistent basis and I think these kids should be more appreciative coming through here wearing that uniform. Maybe in six months you're going to be an instant millionaire but still you went through there and it helped you become who you are," said Woods.
