A source tells LEX 18 Sports that UK's starting running back Raymond Sanders won't play against Louisville on Saturday after suffering a knee injury in practice on Wednesday.
Sanders had offseason knee surgery and wasn't back at 100% when fall camp started.
Sanders carried the ball eight times against Central Michigan for 62 yards.
Freshman Josh Clemons will move up to the top spot on the depth chart and be the starter against the Cardinals.
Joker Phillips is expected to address the media about Sanders on Thursday.
