According to Rivals.com, Joker Phillips has picked up his fourth commitment for the class of 2010.

Steve Jones of Rivals reports that Stone Moutain's Stephenson High School (Georgia) wide receiver DeMarcus Sweat got a call from UK assistant coach Tee Martin after UK's skills camp on Sunday and commited. Sweat told Jones he wants to discuss it more with his parents to make sure, but is expected to make it official late Sunday night.

He is a 6-2, 185 pound receiver that, as of right now, is not ranked with any stars.
